The Way of Attunement

The Wing I Library holds the practices and postures that support The Way of Attunement.
Here you can spend more time with the ideas that shape the Wing I, explore practices at your own pace, or return to something you have encountered before.
There is no required order. Follow what feels useful, return when you wish, and allow what you discover here to meet your own experience.
Wing I also has a Companion—a conversational space where you can explore the principles, reflect on a practice, bring a question, or think with what you are noticing.
Practices - [ EXPLORE PRACTICES ]

Practices are invitations to bring attunement into lived experience.
Some take only a few moments. Others invite more time. You can return to them whenever they feel useful; repetition is part of the practice.
Postures - [ EXPLORE POSTURES ]

Postures are invitations to explore how we meet ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Each offers a different way of being present. You can move among them, linger with one, or return whenever it speaks to you.
